Loved it! Didn’t change anything from the original recipe - salmon turned out moist, melt in your mouth. Cooked for about 30min at ~300F on the gas grill, indirect heat, since my oven is broken and it turned out great. Will make it again. Used some of the leftovers at room temp in a salad the next day.
