My 9yo and I loved this. Husband was "eh I'd rather have chicken than tofu" and daughter was a nope. But for me & 9yo I will be adding to the regular rotation. I did use a wok, not two stainless pans. I also used Thai sweet chili sauce instead of the one listed here because I already had it. Next time I will probably try extra firm or super firm tofu to help with the moisture content (took a while to get the moisture out enough for the firm tofu to brown & I would prefer to speed up that process but I am brand spanking new to cooking tofu so doing that might not be a good plan). And I used xanthan gum not cornstarch for thickening (only a touch).
