I marinated the chicken breast in flavored olive oil after butterflying it., for about 2 hours or so. And I used ground up Cesar salad croutons with the parm and a bit of Asiago (since I had it), vs planko bread crumbs. And I used nacho cheese mix because that's what I had on hand. It turned out amazingly good! Served with homemade garlic cheese bread and grilled veggies- all done in the air fryer!
