Hi Medusa, how much thyme, rosemary, oregano, and paprika did you add to your dish, was it a teaspoon size more, thanks John.

I wish I knew, I don't measure, just a little at a time while tasting the sauce until you get a good blend. I know I used more oregano than the others.

Ok no problem, I think though that I'll start with a teaspoons worth, cheers and keep on cooking.

Hi again Medusa, so I used a tsp each of oregano & rosemary and two tsp of paprika, added 5× handfull of peas & 125 gms of spinach also an extra 20gms of parmigiano reggiano, worked out well and tasted great, thanks John.

Also used sour cream instead of double aswell, John.
