Love this! It’s so quick and easy to prepare (baking time is long but worth it!) my little one is allergic to dairy so I subbed the butter for Nuttelex Buttery and also reduced the sugar to 140g.
Also I don’t mash the bananas separately I add them after the melting the Nuttelex (or butter if you’re using it) and use the purée setting just very quickly.
I love this recipe so much I made it for morning tea yesterday, then made another to take to a friends this afternoon!
