Made some changes. I didnt have fish sauce, but I lessened the aminos and added hoisin sauce with rice vinegar and sesame oil. I added sliced bell peppers in with the chicken and cooked it all. Then instead of cooking the noodles, I put the instant pot on sauté for a couple minutes after the chicken was finished cooking and threw the noodles in with everything and “cooked” them in that. I also did a little more peanut butter than the recipe called for. It was delicious. Next time, would love to add some more veggies.
