these cookies came out SO good. i forgot to add the cinnamon and sugar on top of the cookies but it still came out perfect. the consistency is soft and fluffy. my (picky) partner, who doesn’t like pumpkin nor cheesecake, ended up really liking these. they’re perfect to give to friends, even in summer.
