We doubled it and added a decent amount of salt and pepper + onion and garlic powder. I would say the serve guesses are not super accurate, it would probably serve 4 if using doubled numbers.
Took a long time but 100% worth it.
Also definitely keep the gnocchi in for an extra 2-3 mins after floating like others have recommended 💖
