By the time I cut off the ends of the sprouts & cut them in half, prepped the garlic, and cut & cooked the bacon, prep time was a lot longer than listed so take that into consideration if timing is critical. Tasted fantastic!

Made again & damn! was it good! I added shallots this time.

Note to self: don't overcook the bacon or burn the garlic. Both make the dish very bitter.
