The chicken was absolutely delicious - I marinated overnight and cooked on my grill pan. The peanut and dipping sauces weren't up to par and I'm not sure what was missing, but I am not making those again. I'm going to keep the chicken part though it was perfect for future Thai dishes I may try to make.
