Made in oven air fryer @400 degrees. First time doing any sort of fried tofu, and this was good enough I’ll try it again. I marinated mine for 3 hours (based on other recipes) and the flavor was still pretty mild. Also, I wasn’t terribly consistent in my cubes, the smaller ones were definitely crispier than the larger. I’d suggest splitting the block in half slab-wise, then turning into cubes (so you end up with cubes about 3/4” square). The marinade is heavy on soy flavor.
