I changed this up a little based off what I could find at my store.
I used sriracha, fresh ground chili paste and Korean chili sauce juice of half a lime and brown sugar. And I used soy sauce in place of fish sauce. I stirred it all into a paste and cooked till I added tuna and veggies. Oh and cilantro.
I added chopped green onions, chopped asparagus and sautéed onion. Served with noodles.
