Made it with a lot of changes to fit those I prepared the recipe for. Used rice vinegar with sugar instead of mirin when I couldn't find it at the store. When I couldn't find dark soy sauce I used Tamari soy sauce as a substitute. No onions because of a severe aversion in one person. No ginger because of an allergy in another, but I used tumeric in it's place. Still turned out wonderfully tasty.
