I've made this recipe a ton times but it was no longer available on another site, so found it here. (Couldn't remember the exact measurements) I feel like this recipe needs a little extra love. I've always added cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, a little cumin and garlic and onion powder. Also once it's out of the oven I add cotiga cheese and cilantro. It's a go to recipe when making Mexican food or when I do steak with a chimichurri sauce.
