I couldn't get the sauce to thicken up, not sure if it was because I was cooking for 5 people and had to add more water as per the recipe. I would definitely use less sugar next time and I ended up using the whole tube of miso to add more flavour and to make it less sweet, I also added oyster sauce and soy sauce
