Used low sodium broth and added 16 oz water. Didnt have thighs, so I used breasts. It came out a little bland and needed salt but good for a meal that’s gentle on the tummy. I didn’t have bay leaves so I simmered with rosemary and thyme. Added garlic powder and garlic/herb Mrs Dash and a little cheese on top. After all that it came out tasty. I’d make it again for a warm & easy meal.
