Just kept the bare bones of this one as I liked the method and the use of oats as a binding agent but wanted to change the spice profile and add some cheesiness. So I added in 5 cloves of crushed garlic, omitted the curry powder, added 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, and 1/2 tsp pepper. After mixing all these ingredients together with the spring onion, sweet potato, black beans and oats I added in 1 cup of tasty cheddar cheese. Tasted beautiful.
