1. Add less flour as it can get too thick. And cook the flour well so there are no clumps and the flour flavour goes away.
*garlic may burn, so keep flame low initially*
2. Squeeze lemon in the sauce at the end, in the pan.
3. Watch the pepper, can get too much.
4. Sauce can get thick, adding more milk works.
5. For a creamier sauce add more cheese.
6. Can add dried parsley instead of fresh. Or Italian seasoning.
