I basically only used the recipe for the chickpeas which were delicious, then I added my own stuff based off of what I had. I used regular potatoes and roasted carrots + sweet peppers. (But I don't like those cooked for some reason so they aren't pictured in the photo. I used Spanish rice and spinach as well. And of course guacamole. It's really nice because you can tailor it how you want. Overall really good!
