The taste is ok but I think this is my first last time I made those. I did bake on 385 degrees for 25 mins but this happen. Also did left them few mins and before put eggs in it I also put some oil in. Maybe it's just me but yeah..

I had the exact some problem with my dark muffin pan too. My lighter colored ones came out fine. I have the same issue with the darker pan like yours with other ones I make too

Hi Ii have not made this recipe but when I make this egg type muffins I use the muffin paper cups . No mess no fuss! They rise lovely . Unwrap and eat. Hope that helps

They need something on the bottom to not stick. I usually put bacon down and around the mold, make it into a little bacon cup for the eggs

I have silicone cups for lining. Reusable and anything pops right out.

I've never had that problem. Hmmm. I use the spray butter oil PAM. It snever stuck.
