← Replies in Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew) Recipe

Replaced the pork belly for boneless beef ribs. Also added gochujang, ssamjang and soup soy sauce. Ended up a bit too acidic, so next time will cut down the kimchi a bit.
