Other than replacing two carrots with a diced sweet potato, and subbing 1/2 tsp red chili flakes + 1/2 tsp chili powder for the tsp of Aleppo pepper flakes, I followed the recipe as written - oh, and I used 3 bone in, skin on thighs instead of two skinless, boneless breasts. Anyway, we loved it and what a healthy meal! Added whole wheat bread on the side. Delicious. Love the spices and herbs. A warming meal (it snowed today, so we needed it!)
