I think there is a mistake in this recipe. It calls for 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp of regular mustard. I thought it was weird but I did it anyway. Not good. Even after peeling off the skin (where most of the sauce was) it was still barely edible. I had to make a cream sauce to counter all the mustard taste to finish eating. I might make it again with half the mustard.

I changed it to my whole grain! Sorry about that. You can also use 2 tbsp of Dijon. Any combo of mustard other than yellow.
