The things that I like about Buddha bowls is that you can tailor them to whatever your lifestyle or your current craving is. I have tahini in my refrigerator to make sauces with when I don't want to use peanut butter and I think that would go great. I love the idea of a rainbow Buddha bowl because it helps you get all colors of fruits and vegetables into my diet.
