I have tried this a few times and I can't get my pudding to set, even after leaving it overnight it is still runny. Any tips?

Hmm maybe try:
- Adding the chia seeds first before the milk.
- Make sure to stir thoroughly at least once at the beginning & once after a few minutes, before putting it in the fridge.
- Make sure your chia seeds aren't too old.
- You might want to try a different plant-based milk, e.g. oat milk.
