Easy and tasty. But takes A LOT of mustard. I over thickened the sauce but it was still good.

It's like a simple "Greek salad". Red onion, tomato, cucumber, feta (we use vegan feta), a little oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
