I keep forgetting that my wife can't handle spicy and the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce was a bit too much for her. Besides that, she said that it tasted very good. Took a bit longer to prepare than I would prefer. Not a go to recipe, but if I have time in the future and I can figure out a more mild substitute for the chipotle peppers, I'll certainly be making this again.
