Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice the chicken breast into small pieces and put in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients mix and marinate for a couple of hours or cook right way in 3 tablespoons of olive oil on high heat for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.

2. Black beans- pour 2 cans of black beans in a pot then add the tomatoes with green chilies, cumin, chicken bouillon mix and boil on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

3. Cilantro lime Rice- cook 2 cups of rice according to the package instructions. Once done cooking add in the chopped cilantro, lime juice and give it a good mix.

4. Guacamole- in a bowl mash 3 avocados then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix.

5. Pico de gallo- in a bowl mix together the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt and mix.
Step 6
6. Ones everything is done start assembling your burritos or burrito bowls.
Step 7
7. To prepare the Burrito- spread queso on a large tortilla followed by shredded cheese, rice, chicken, black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole more shredded cheese. Fold in opposite sides of the tortilla, then roll up, burrito style (don’t over fill). Place, seam-side down in a greased skillet on medium heat and toast on all sides until golden.

8. Make a bowl by assembling the rice in the bottom of a serving bowl then top it with the chicken, black beans, pico de gallo and guacamole.
