Ok I made this dish for four people, I had to add extra half teaspoon thyme and rosemary and then in the end added 1×teaspoon of oregano, also an extra half tablespoon of light soya sauce plus half extra cup of peas, cooked for 10 mins less and every thing was still ok, we were all pleased and full having served all of the dish.
Definitely will be cooking this again, JFW.
