This is fan freaking tastic! I was skeptical after reading some comments, but with a few essential adjustments, this is the best cake I’ve had in a while. First, I suggest using three tbsps of sweetener instead of two- a big difference in taste. Second, add 1/4 tsp of instant expresso powder for added richness. Finally, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract. With that- it’s the best thing ever (trust me).
