Loved it! My 4 year old is extremely picky and he ate some-that's saying something! So I actually changed it a bit.
I sautéed my onion and garlic together and then added the spices to flavor the oil. I used beef/pork meatballs I had on hand (cut in quarters) and added farfale noodles. I used beef stock instead of chicken stock and reduced this to about 4 or 5 cups f broth. I upped the spinach and chopped it well.
I used half marinara and half plain tomato sauce. I didn't add any cheese to the pot of soup and instead used cheddar and sliced black olives to top it once served. Although I didn't have it on hand... I'm sure a tiny bit of sour cream and croutons would have been a great topper as well.
