Quite tasty! Took a while to make, so next time I'll probably double the recipe so that I can have lots of extras to freeze for later. The dough want really the consistency that I expected but it ended up pretty good! We pan fried them first then put them in the air fryer to crisp them up a bit more and cook the sides. I would prefer the crust to be a bit thicker, so baking them for longer at a slightly lower temperature might help with that. The filling was yummy! You could definitely change things up and customize it to your own preferences though.
