I really enjoyed this stew & will definitely make it again. I'm not a huge fan of carrots, so I added more potatoes & peas. I served it with super sour sourdough bread. It was delicious.

I've made it several times now. This last time, I decided to double up the ingredients for the broth & I'm glad I did. Perfection. Oh & I didn't add the flour. I like it soupy.
