So I roughly followed this recipe and came out out ok. I used 2 oz rice noodles instead of 4. Wish I would of added tofu. I halfed the sauce. I didnt use fresh garlic nor ginger. So I used powered garlic and ginger in the sauce along with sweet and sour sauce, white vinegar, olive oil, no Sriracha sauce, whatever else the recipe called for. Also had it with gluten free vegetable roll.
