Great recipe! These turned out delicious. I added a bit of a lemon glaze after and it was so good. I also didn’t freeze the berries like the recipe said, you just need to microwave them with a bit of water until you can easily mash them with a fork. I let the blender do all the work for me and it turned out fine. The color is really pretty.
