I made my own tomato sauce and used quite a bit. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Next time I wouldn’t use provolone cheese on top. I actually used a sharp provolone and it kind of overpowered the other flavors. I would use just a little romano or asiago or even parmesan. But I really loved this recipe. I will definitely make it again!
