Doubled the cheeses, added an extra tablespoon of baking w/ an extra half cup of broth and threw in some spinach. I diced the chicken (1’ cubes)and cooked it in the pan with a sweet onion and garlic. I added bowtie pasta (all I had on hand) and it was phenomenal! Didn’t use the oven or a lid- stir cheese in on low after chicken is cooked!
