It was waaay too sweet for me (and also 800+ calories) but could be modified to make it more to my taste (and less energy-dense). I would halve all the ingredients and either just use 1 tsp silan or just one date (not both). In the morning, I'd add in more milk or stir it into yogurt (probably not Greek, to keep it from being too thick) and then it would be perfect :)
