This was amazing but I went completely off-piste with it🫢
Main chilli:
Swap grains for lentils and black beans for mixed beans.
Reduce the amount of water added so your chilli is thick
Sides:
Avocado, toasted tortillas to make nachos, traditional salsa and traditional white people dressing (mayonnaise)
Changes aside it’s a really good base recipe, just take it with a pinch of salt!
