I tweak this recipe a lot, but love it for how quick and easy it is to make. I add flaxseeds, chia seeds and dark chocolate chips. I don't use banana chips on top, just a little icing sugar glaze. I cover with foil so that it doesn't brown too much, and I bake it for 60 mins without disturbing it.
It always turns out perfectly baked, moist and the glaze adds a little sweetness and crunch when cooled. I usually slice it up and place in airtight container so that we can grab a slice & go whenever we want.
*Editing to add: made this a.m. and added a scoop of chocolate protein powder, and only 90g of sugar. it's delicious, and more than sweet enough from the ripe bananas.
