Another great dinner tonight. Whisk is on fire. I would have never thought to put this combination together but, it works. I might have been a little heavy on the spice because it hit my throat a couple of times and made me cough.
I did not have watermelon because it is out of season at the moment but, the salsa was good without it. I used striped bass for my fish. The whole family enjoyed this. I will try it again in the summer with fresh watermelon.
