Foil Packet Spice Rubbed Fish with Watermelon Salsa

Nice and fresh. Simple to make.

It was okay. I would like to try it again with salmon or some other fish (I used cod and the fish itself was not my favourite)

Another great dinner tonight. Whisk is on fire. I would have never thought to put this combination together but, it works. I might have been a little heavy on the spice because it hit my throat a couple of times and made me cough. I did not have watermelon because it is out of season at the moment but, the salsa was good without it. I used striped bass for my fish. The whole family enjoyed this. I will try it again in the summer with fresh watermelon.
