Made using gluten-free flour, unsweetened plain soy milk, and coconut milk yogurt (we have both dairy and tree nut allergies in our family). It was a little dense but I chalk that up to me over-stirring it. Making again tonight and will add a touch more honey to sweeten a little more.
Edit: made again with 7 Tbsp of honey, and did not over-stir. It was almost TOO fluffy 😂. Great taste though.
