Very tasty. The sauce was not sticky but I didn't have miso paste so I'm guessing that's why. Will try again when I have some because it was a huge hit with the family. I cooked bok choy and noodles separately so they'd both be as I wanted, and that was good. With the sauce not being sticky it coated the noodles and veggies as well, so it might be good to fish some out before it gets sticky to toss with the noodles.
