I also added slices of banana to the top of the bread--first I did half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture, then sliced bananas evenly spread out (lightly pushing them into the dough), and topped it with the remaining sugar mixture.
I also baked muffins--they did well after about 25 min if heat, whereas my loaf burnt a bit around the edges while trying to get the core solid at the reccomended time/temp.
