Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350*F with a rack in the middle. Butter a 9x5 in loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the bananas, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the butter.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. With the mixer on low, slowly mix the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Whisk in the vanilla. Scrape the batter into the loaf pan.

4. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the batter.

5. Bake for about 45 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool to warm, turn out of the loaf pan, and serve.
