NOT a "one pan meal". 2 pans needed just for the pasta and the sauce. I wouldn't normally mind but the only reason the sauce is just one pan is because half of the ingredients needed to be cooked individually, then set aside while you cook the next one and so on.
To save some time, I skipped the spinach step and just let it wilt in with the sauce - can't imagine it made any difference in taste. I did cook the onions and mushrooms a lot longer than suggested but that's just personal preference.
The chili was a bit too overpowering, even for my heat-loving partner... It just didn't really belong. If we make it again, we'd definitely half the chili flakes, if not miss them out entirely.
Overall it's OK, but I've tried other very similar recipes that we'd probably choose over this.
