Seriously, these were beyond delicious!! I shared them, hoping for feedback and with pineapple, it can go either way more often than not. EVERYONE LOVED THEM. They all but inhaled these cupcakes. Not only will I be adding this to my regular baking, but I had to immediately bake more because my work and family demanded more lol.
