This required a bit of modification to taste like a cheeseburger and to be a soup we would like: I doubled the amount of chicken broth, I added 2 Tbsp each of dijon mustard, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Instead of butter, I used bacon grease- because I happened to be out of butter for a moment, which helped the bacon flavor, since I used 2 pkgs of bacon pieces. And instead of green onions, I topped with sliced dill pickles. With those changes, it turned out pretty great!
