Used the chicken part of this recipe, and was originally just going to make this as bowls. Instead I served fajita style in soft tortillas with a pineapple salsa and spring greens. It was delicious enough everyone wanted more!
I thinned the sauce with coconut milk and used it in the tortillas, and it was perfect.
It's not the best satay sauce I've tried, but it worked well in the tortillas.
